Time off
In addition to 10 paid holidays, we want you to enjoy life outside work, have time to heal if sick, spend time with family and/or friends, or other life events that pop up though our Flexible Time Off policy. We encourage our team members to take at least 3 weeks off per year.

Parental Leave
Time to bond with a new child is incredibly important. We offer birthing parents 16 weeks of parental leave and non birthing parents 12 weeks.
