Application Status

The Vendor Portal and SDK API show the status of application instances in customer environments, including state (e.g., Ready or Degraded), uptime, and average time to reach the Ready state during installation.

Air Gap Telemetry

For air-gapped instances, Replicated KOTS and the SDK store telemetry and metrics in a Kubernetes Secret. These are collected in a support bundle, uploaded to the Vendor Portal, and linked to the customer and instance ID to update insights and events.
